By accessing or using the BitcoinAI platform ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BitcoinAI. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use the Platform, you must:

To access investment features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your name, email address, and phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in suspicious activity.

BitcoinAI provides an AI-powered Bitcoin investment platform that includes:

• •Bitcoin deposit and investment management.
• •Portfolio tracking and performance dashboards.
• •Automated 48-hour payout cycles to registered Bitcoin wallets.
• •Live support via AI-assisted chat.

All AI trading signals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The Platform accepts Bitcoin deposits with a minimum of $55 and a maximum of $5,400 per transaction. Only Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin mainnet is accepted.

Payouts are processed every 48 hours and sent directly to your registered Bitcoin wallet address. Payout amounts are based on platform performance and are not guaranteed. The platform reserves the right to adjust payout schedules due to network congestion, maintenance, or extraordinary market conditions.

All transactions are final. We do not offer refunds on Bitcoin deposits once confirmed on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid Bitcoin wallet address.

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• •Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without our consent.
• •Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• •Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.

You acknowledge that investing in Bitcoin involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unregulated in many jurisdictions.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure and that you are investing only funds you can afford to lose. The Platform does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as such.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — is the exclusive property of BitcoinAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BitcoinAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited on the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any pending payouts at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
